    Hi,

    Love the theme!

I’d like to create multiple blog pages behind a static home page.

Essentially I’d like to recreate the functionality of the demo’s drop down from LAYOUTS in the main menu.

If you can let me know how to create this functionality I’d really appreciate it.

    Thank you

    Hello Imstudio,

If you want to have a menu item that would have two links for two separate blog post feeds, I would suggest doing the following:

Create two post categories: for example ‘Category One’ and ‘Category Two’. Then assign the posts you want to see in the first feed to Category One, and assign the posts that you want to appear in the second feed to ‘Category Two’.

Then go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Menus’ and create two custom links pointing to these category pages. Please see this screenshot to see how this can be done.

As far as I know, it’s not actually possible to have several blog pages in WordPress without creating a custom post type for the second feed, or coding something similar to a pre_get_posts filter function. That’s why I have suggested a category-based solution.

    Regards,
    Paul
