    Website:
    http://www.galerie-maurer.com

    Issue description:
    In the main menue we have the entry “Artists” which contains 23 sub categories/entries.
    Only the first 9 entries are linked to the content/article, the rest – 14 entries – cannot be clicked, because the featured article on the home page is kinda overlaying the dropdown menue and makes is impossible to click the dropdown menue entries.
    Clicking these 14 entries always leads to the featured article content.

    Webpage:

    Ausstellungseröffnung und 23. Saisonstart

    Description:
    On the article pages the issue with the dropdown menue is more obvious:
    Visit the page https://www.galerie-maurer.com/index.php/2017/09/05/ausstellungseroeffnung-und-23-saisonstart/ and click on the “Artists” dropdown menue. The dropdown box gets cut after the 9th entry and the rest of the 14 sub categories/entries is hidden from the articles header image.

    Do you have any suggestions how to fix this issue?

    Regards
    Chris

    Hello Chris,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I will fix this in the next theme update. In the meantime you can fix that by doing the following:

    Install the Simple Custom CSS plugin. Once you install and activate it, in your Admin Panel please go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Custom CSS’. There insert the code you see below and save:

    .mauer-navbar {z-index: 150;}
    .social-links, .search-link {z-index: 151;}

    Kind regards,
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

    thanks a lot for the quick response.

    Your solution works fine.

    I just added the two CSS parameters at the end of the style.css file.

    Regards
    Chris
