    Hello Paul, nice theme, I have gone through the posts here but doesn’t look like i can find the answer to question I have, so apologies if I am repeating something you have already answered somewhere else. I just bought this theme and installed it – all good. My questions:

    1- Is there a way to condense the menu to include more then 6 items as on mine the 7th roles over on a different line?

    2- The large image at the top of the page in aligned left, is there a way to have it align centre?

    3- Is it possible to have categories appear in 2 or 3 columns?

    4- I have tried to connect Jetpack but it won’t link to wordpress (I know probably not something you can answer but I thought I would ask). I have uninstalled and re-installed.

    Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello Abdultheme,

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. You can increase the space between menu items, so that it fits more links. For that please use the following CSS:

    .mauer-navbar .nav>li>a {
    	padding-left: 1.6rem;
    	padding-right: 1.6rem;
    }

    Please add the above code by going to “Appearance” > “Customize” > “Additional CSS” in your Admin Panel. There you can insert the code and click “Publish”.

    2. You can either upload a bigger image (the demo uses big ones, so they just fill the space), or if you want to use an image that is smaller than this area, you can actually center it with the following CSS:

    .post-card .entry-thumb-wrapper {
    	text-align: center;
    }

    Please add this code the same way.

    3. The layout is the same for all archive pages. So the category pages always have the same layout as the home page. Basically, they are a ‘filtered’ home page, so they share the same look.

    4. I’m not sure what the issue is. However, I can definetely tell you that the theme does not interfere with connecting Jetpack in any way. Are you getting some kind of error text while trying to connect?

    It’s great to know you’re enjoying the Essentialist. Please consider rating the theme (or the support) on ThemeForest. This literally takes a moment and creates a huge difference. Thanks.

    Regards,
    Paul
