I have installed your theme but I have some problems perzonalizing it. When I install “ACF Pro” plugin my wordpress is blocked and I can’t do anything until I desinstall it. Also I can’t activate the plugin “Jetpack”. For that I can’t see the option Theme options and it’s impossible to personlize the theme.

I have the WordPress 4.6 version

I have actualized the WordPress version and now I can personalize everything except the social media links, when I try it a white page with the text:

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

    Hello Erola,

    Please do the following:

    1. Make sure you are logged in as a user with the Administrator rights. For that, please go to Admin Panel > Users, find yourself on the list and make sure the value in the Role column is ‘Administrator’.

    2. Make sure you are using the latest version of Jetpack (you can go to Dashboard > Updates to see if there’s an update available).

    3. Make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress (5.1.1 as of now).

4. When logged in to the Admin Panel, try inserting the following address in the browser address bar: YOURSITE/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing and see if the sharing options are available.

If despite following the 4 above points, the sharing settings screen is still unavailable, please drop me an email to pavel [at] with your WP Admin credentials, and I’ll take a look at possible reasons.

FYI: the theme by itself does not interfere with the work of WP and Jetpack at the level that could cause this. You can change the theme and the issue will almost certainly still be there.

Also, you mentioned that you have updated WordPress. I believe you are now using WordPress 5. Please update Narrator to the latest version (1.21) to ensure smooth work under WP5, if you haven’t already.

    Kind regards,
