    Greetings,

    Is there a want to remove the word “category from the url (https://www.shantiweddings.com/blog/category/engagements/) and also from the page results (Category: Engagements)? I would like to only show the category name there.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hello Stephan,

    You can remove the /category base from the URLs with the Remove Category URL plugin. Just install and activate it. No configuration required.

    As for hiding the ‘Category:’ on category pages, this can be done with the following line of CSS:

    body.category.archive .mauer-posts-archive-heading .mauer-archive-type {display: none;}

    You can add this code by going to ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Customize’ -> ‘Additional CSS’ in your Admin Panel. There you can just paste the above code and hit ‘Publish’.

    Regards,
    Paul

    Thank you Paul. That worked perfectly.

    Quick question about editing the “Heading 1, Heading 2..” I want to edit beyond the available options under theme options/fonts and increase the font aight and letter spacing for heading 3 for example.

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hello Stephan,

    If you want to do this, you will basically need to override the styles of the theme with your own CSS rules. You can introduce your own styles by going to ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Customize’ -> ‘Additional CSS’ in your Admin Panel.

    So if you are targeting the general h3, you could use something like the following:

    h3 {
    	letter-spacing: 0.05em;
    	font-size: 32px;
    }

    Regards,
    Paul
