    Hi

    When Narrator theme is activated along with the Mauer Narrator Gallery the front end of the website is just white – no grey admin bar or anything. The dashboard works fine though.

    I’ve tried disabling the other plugins, no luck other than when the Narrator Gallery is deactivated. When I go to a default theme the front end works with the Narrator Gallery activated.

    Any ideas why this is happening? Is there a fix for this clash?

    Can you please let me know what version of the theme and what version of the plugin you are using?

    Hi Paul,

    Do you know if anyone’s moderating the other questions? Tried posting here and Storyteller, but things seem pretty quiet. Would happily purchase, but hard to move forward without knowing more. Thx!

    I’ve inspected the issue and I can see how this error can occur in some environments. I will issue an update addressing this issue today. I will let you know here as soon as it’s available on ThemeForest.

    An update to the Narrator theme has just been published on ThemeForest (you can grab it from the Downloads page). Please install it (and update the required plugins), and let me know if this has solved the issue for you.

    Hi. This applies to both Narrator and Storyteller (the two I”m looking at).

    I know support isn’t offered for 3rd party plugins, but is it still possible to use an alternate lightbox/gallery, i.e., Modulobox?

    Also, an alternate plugin has some options that might be handy.
