Hello Paul, I just uploaded a new image to my theme and noticed that it creates a thumbnail size that is not part of Word Press or the Narrator theme (768 x 761). Furthermore, it does not create a thumbnail size which should be part of the theme (1920 x 1920). I was wondering if this might cause the problem that my single gallery images do not look sharp? Can you please help explaining this to me? Please see the thumbnails created attached.

    Hi Celia,

WordPress creates the default thumbnails: 150×150, 300×300 1024×1024. Unless these have been changed in Settings>Media.

The Narrator theme creates the following thumbnails:
    781×584, 510×382, 680×680 soft-cropped, 800×800, 1200×900, 1920×1920 soft-cropped.

If you have other sizes, that means you have changed the above ones. For instance, with that plugin that you used for overriding the sizes.

    Regards,
    Paul
